The Greater Waterbury Board of REALTORS, Inc., along with The Laurel Chapter of WCR held a luncheon on February 18, 2010 at the Grand Oak Villa in Oakville featuring former Governor John Rowland, now Waterbury's head of Economic Development, as the Keynote Speaker, addressing "Waterbury's Plan to Revitalize and Grow".  The luncheon was generously sponsored by:
